Sidra is a women-only career platform operating in the United Arab Emirates. We connect women seeking employment with ethical employers through verified profiles, community circles, and educational resources.

3. User Eligibility

Women users must be female and legally permitted to work in the UAE
Employer users must be based in or hiring for positions in the UAE
All users must be at least 18 years of age
Users must provide accurate information during registration

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Providing false or misleading information
Harassment or discrimination of any kind
Attempting to circumvent platform fees
Posting inappropriate or illegal content
Scraping or automated data collection

6. Fees and Payments

The Platform is free for women users. Employers pay fees to unlock contact information of potential candidates. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sidra acts as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not party to any employment agreements made through the platform.
